A Professional Development Environment

Griot Dev Solutions maintains professional standards across every project. Students and volunteers may be required to complete orientation, follow project procedures, use approved collaboration tools, protect confidential information, and sign applicable participation or nondisclosure agreements.

Participants receive assignments appropriate to their experience and are supported through defined expectations, feedback, and supervision. Client-facing or production-level responsibilities are assigned only when a participant is prepared to complete them successfully.
